THE CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT IMPERATIVE:
NSA employs three full time staff dedicated to Lean Implementation.
A Continuous Improvement plan is developed company-wide each year and is led by one Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and five Green Belts in various areas throughout the company.
NSA believes in training all employees on the principles of Lean and has provided all Supervisors with a minimum of 40 hours of Lean training. The Company’s successful Kaizen Events have implemented multiple Kan Bans, Single piece flow projects and 5S activities throughout its facilities.
NSA will continue its journey with Lean to improve the way we do business.
