James Moroney - CEO
Mr. Moroney joined NSA in 2010 as CEO, from the long term management group of Dorman & Fawcett, an advisor to the Company since later 2009. Mr. Moroney began his career in public accounting at Coopers & Lybrand’s Boston office in 1976 and has more than 30 years experience as a CFO and COO both at a public company level and three entrepreneurial ventures. All of these businesses achieved exceptional records of success and profitability during his tenure. Mr. Moroney has a BS from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania (1975). Mr. Moroney was also a member of the United States Olympic rowing team in 1972 & 1976
Douglas Potter - VP of Finance
Mr. Potter joined NSA in 2010 as Vice President of Finance. Mr. Potter began his career in public accounting at Coopers & Lybrand’s Boston office and in 1985 joined SofTech, Inc., a public company serving both defense and commercial markets. As VP and CFO, he was responsible for strategic repositioning of the company from defense services to a commercial technology based business. Mr. Potter later divested the Company’s Government Services business. In 1993, he joined Dynamics Research, also a public company, as Vice President of Finance and CFO. Since 1999, Mr. Potter has been the interim CEO or CFO of companies with annual revenue between $10MM and $400MM. Mr. Potter is a Certified Public Accountant with a BS from Perdue University and an MBA from Boston University.
Matt Smith -VP of Sales & Marketing
Mr. Smith joined NSA in 1988, initially in manufacturing. As an experienced operator of CNC lathes and screw machines as well as production manager of the metal fabrication and member of the purchasing organization, he brings essential product knowledge and applications expertise to the sales group. Today Mr. Smith is the Vice President of Sales and Marketing, a position he has held for over seven years.
Ed Stanley - VP of Operations
Mr. Stanley joined NSA in 2010 as the Vice President of Operations, also from the long term management group of Dorman & Fawcett. Mr. Stanley has held senior management positions at PC Connection and Brookstone during a time of significant growth. Mr. Stanley is a senior Operations and IT executive with extensive experience in manufacturing, call center, retail and mail order with a business practice emphasis on Supply Chain, order processing and logistics. Mr. Stanley has a BBA in Finance from University of Massachusetts, Amherst (1975).
